1. Acceptance and capacity
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for an organization, creator, or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them. A person who cannot lawfully agree must use the site through a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.
2. Current site scope
The site provides public information about the approved Influenzees operating model and direct email and WhatsApp contact routes. It currently does not provide accounts, payments, uploads, marketplace transactions, automated publishing, or guaranteed integrations. Roadmap descriptions are not a promise that a feature is available.
3. Enquiries and service arrangements
Sending an enquiry does not create a customer, creator, agency, employment, partnership, representation, or service relationship. Any future work, deliverables, fees, rights, approvals, access, publishing authority, or service levels must be agreed separately by authorized parties.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security, availability, or other users.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, probing, scraping that creates unreasonable load, malware delivery, credential theft, impersonation, or circumvention of safeguards.
- Do not send unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, confidential, or sensitive material that you are not authorized to share.
- Do not present public descriptions, representative imagery, roadmap material, or empty-directory states as proof of a live customer, creator, integration, metric, result, endorsement, or availability.
5. Site content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site design, text, graphics, code, and Influenzees name and marks are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view and share links to the public pages for lawful informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, sublicense, remove notices from, or create misleading derivatives of site material without permission or a lawful exception.
Representative imagery is illustrative and must not be treated as a real creator, customer, campaign, metric, or endorsement.
6. Information you send
You retain rights in information you send. You give us permission to receive, review, copy, and use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, protect the site, comply with law, and consider a possible relationship. You confirm that you are allowed to share it. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, provider credentials, or sensitive unpublished assets without an agreed secure process.
7. Third-party services and links
Email, WhatsApp, and linked social or external sites are operated by third parties under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls. A link does not imply endorsement or responsibility for third-party content. You decide whether to use those services.
8. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue public-site content or access when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, preservation of a message by an external provider, a response time, or that roadmap functionality will launch in a particular form or date.

The public site is provided for general information and initial contact. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without implied guarantees of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, campaign performance, creator availability, platform acceptance, publication success, or business outcome. Nothing excludes a guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influenzees is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business-interruption damages arising from use of this free public site or a third-party channel. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent law permits. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without applying rules that would select another law. Subject to any mandatory forum right that cannot be waived, courts located in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning the current public site or these terms.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these terms when the implemented site or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from their stated effective date.
