1. Scope and operator

Influenzees operates this public website and is responsible for the personal information it controls through the site and direct enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@influenzees.com.

This policy applies to visits to www.influenzees.com and messages initiated through the site's email and WhatsApp links. External websites and services apply their own privacy terms.

2. Information handled

The website has no account registration, upload form, payment flow, analytics service, advertising pixel, or server-submitted contact form. You choose whether to contact us through your email provider or WhatsApp.

  • Enquiry information you send, such as your name, contact details, organization or creator role, message, and any links or materials you voluntarily include.
  • Basic request and security information that hosting infrastructure may process, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, date and time, response status, and diagnostic or abuse-prevention records.
  • A theme preference stored locally in your browser under the key influenzees-theme. This preference stays on your device and is not submitted to Influenzees by the website.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to respond to enquiries, understand requested services or participation, operate and secure the site, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, keep necessary correspondence, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable law.

Depending on the context and applicable law, handling may rely on your request or consent, steps requested before a possible agreement, legitimate uses or interests that do not override applicable rights, and legal obligations. Contacting us does not itself create a service agreement.

4. Service providers, external channels, and disclosure

Information may be processed by infrastructure and communication providers needed to host the site or deliver messages. If you use WhatsApp, Meta and its service providers process the message under their own terms. If you use email, your email provider and our email provider process the message. External social links are governed by the destination platform.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, competent authorities, or another operator involved in a lawful reorganization when reasonably necessary and permitted by law. We do not sell personal information or use the current site for targeted advertising.

5. International processing

Communication, hosting, and external-platform providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer under our control, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism. External providers remain responsible for transfers they independently control.

6. Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence and related records only as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, establish or defend claims, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable, subject to lawful retention requirements and routine backup cycles.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the current public site and the information handled. No internet transmission, email, WhatsApp message, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, provider credentials, or sensitive unpublished assets unless a separate secure process has been explicitly agreed.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we control personal information about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or grievance handling where the relevant right applies. We may need proportionate information to verify identity and authority before acting.

You can remove the local theme preference through your browser's site-data controls. Requests concerning information independently held by WhatsApp, an email provider, or another external platform must also be directed to that provider.

9. Children

The current public site is not specifically directed to children. We do not state a universal minimum age because legal capacity and guardian requirements vary. A person who cannot lawfully act for themselves should use the site or contact us through a parent, guardian, or authorized representative. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information that should be reviewed or deleted.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the implemented site, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material future product features will require updated privacy information before launch.

Send privacy questions, rights requests, and complaints to info@influenzees.com. We will handle requests within timelines required by applicable law after any necessary verification.
