Request data deletion

1. What you can request

You may request deletion of personal information Influenzees controls from a public-site enquiry and related correspondence, subject to verification and lawful exceptions. You may also request correction or clarification if deletion is not the appropriate action.

The current site has no user account, public creator record, upload repository, payment record, analytics profile, or advertising profile to delete.

2. How to submit a request

Email info@influenzees.com with the subject Data deletion request. Send the request from the address used for the enquiry where possible.

• Your name and preferred reply address.
• A clear statement that you request deletion.
• The email address, WhatsApp number, approximate date, subject, or other context needed to locate the relevant correspondence.
• Whether the request concerns your own information or another person you are legally authorized to represent.
• Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary identity documents in the initial message.

3. How identity and authority are verified

We use proportionate verification to reduce the risk of deleting information at the request of an unauthorized person. Verification may include replying from the original contact channel, confirming limited details already present in the correspondence, or confirming authority to act for another person.

We will ask only for information reasonably needed for verification. If identity or authority cannot be verified, we may pause or refuse the request and explain the reason where law permits.

4. Theme preference on your device

The influenzees-theme preference is stored only in your browser local storage and is not submitted to Influenzees. Remove it directly by clearing site data or local storage for www.influenzees.com. Clearing it resets the saved theme preference.

5. Email, WhatsApp, and external providers

Deleting our controlled copy does not automatically delete copies independently retained by your email provider, WhatsApp, Meta, a linked social platform, your organization, or another recipient. Use each provider's privacy and deletion tools for information under that provider's control.

6. Information that may need to be retained

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary and permitted or required for legal obligations, security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, establishment or defence of claims, enforcement of terms, proof that a request was handled, or routine backups pending their normal overwrite cycle.

When full deletion is not possible, we will limit use and access where reasonably appropriate and explain the applicable reason unless law prevents disclosure.

7. What happens next

After receiving enough information, we will assess scope, verify identity or authority where needed, search the systems reasonably likely to contain the information, apply lawful exceptions, and communicate the outcome. We will respond within timelines required by applicable law. No shorter fixed response time is promised by this page.

8. Questions and complaints

Send deletion requests, questions, or complaints to info@influenzees.com. If you believe a request was not handled lawfully, you may raise a further grievance with us and may have the right to contact an applicable data-protection or other competent authority.
